A Telegram bot under your name messages the customer at every stage: shipped from the warehouse, on the way, ready for pickup. In the customer account, in your colours, the customer sees their parcels, the amount due and the pickup code — and doesn't message you.
The customer shows the pickup code from the bot or the account, and the cashier scans it. Found the customer by name or phone? The panel asks you to check their ID. The log shows which employee handed out what.
Weight, your tariff and the exchange rate — the receipt is ready at pickup. Cash or bank transfer, with change and a photo of the transfer. The customer's debt and prepayment are visible right at pickup, the day's total — on the summary.
You load the warehouse shipment from an Excel file and place parcels on shelves. A parcel without a customer doesn't get lost — it stays on a separate list until the owner is found.
How many parcels were received and handed out, the day's money, which customers connected the bot, which messages didn't go out. You edit the texts sent to customers yourself — your tone, your signature.

No. You upload customers from an Excel or CSV file — the panel finds the code, name and phone columns itself, you just check them. Warehouse shipments are loaded from a file too.
For a customer without Telegram you issue a link to the customer account from the panel: they set a password, sign in with their phone number and see their parcels, the amount due and the pickup code themselves.
You do. The bot is registered to your account, and the customer base and codes are yours. At any time you export customers, parcels with their history and ledger entries as a file in the “Выгрузка данных” (data export) section.
By a monthly invoice in som: bank transfer to our details or the QR code from the invoice in your banking app. You can leave at any time — access stays open until the end of the paid month.
Nothing stops: intake and pickup work as usual, and the volume is visible in the panel. If a month has more than 3,000 track codes, from the next month you're on Qarvan Pro at the price for your volume, with no setup fee; your data stays in the system.
