The customer already knows where the parcel is
A notification goes out at every stage — from dispatch at the warehouse in China to being ready for pickup — via Telegram or WhatsApp.
Every parcel tells the customer its own journey: shipped from the warehouse, on the way, ready for pickup. Telegram and WhatsApp, under your brand. We launch in one day, without breaking anything.
Software for cargo companies: intake by photo and weight, parcel tracking and pickup by code, cash desk and customer balances, automatic notifications in Telegram and WhatsApp under your brand. Runs in the browser, each company gets its own system, launched in one day.
“Orders accepted at the warehouse April 12–15 have arrived in Bishkek. Recipient list below”
The customer scrolls through the list, looking for their line.“Your parcel has arrived. Pickup code: K7M2-XV49”
No need to search: the message is already about their own parcel.Shares — based on a Bishkek sample: 37 companies with 100+ ratings.
Calls, WhatsApp, comments under posts — managers drown in the same question: “where's my parcel”.
"Last time I ordered and then silence, the phone is unreachable, they open Telegram but don't reply, WhatsApp is silent."2GIS review, Bishkek
Our answer: the customer gets a message at every stage. No need to ask — they already know.
“On the way” for weeks, with no date, no weight, and no next step.
"I wrote to them more than 5 times, every time they say 'it will be ready in two days'. Two more weeks have passed since then, and nothing has arrived 👎🏽"2GIS review, Bishkek
Our answer: the parcel won't move any faster, but the customer stops waiting in silence — they see its every step.
The parcel is handed to a stranger — by number, with no verification.
"They lose orders and do nothing to find them, zero customer focus!!!! I sent my husband to pick up the goods, opened it and there were someone else's orders inside 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️"2GIS review, Bishkek
One of the companies runs a separate channel with 483 subscribers, where customers identify their parcels from photos.
Our answer: a code at pickup and a record at every handoff. It won't be given to a stranger, and if a parcel goes missing, you can see exactly where the trail breaks.
Customers crowd the pickup point because service is slow.
"It's 11:21, but the door is still closed and no one is opening it
11:41 and nothing has changed"2GIS review, Bishkek
Our answer: the customer comes when the parcel is already ready for pickup. We don't remove the queue at the point itself — not yet.
The customer doesn't trust the calculated delivery cost.
"Now please EXPLAIN how I paid 36 som for an item that, packaging included, weighs less than 50 grams???"2GIS review, Bishkek
Our answer: weight straight from the scale, price by the tariff, the calculation in the client’s chat. Nothing to dispute.
Service quality varies from branch to branch — the owner finds out from reviews.
One chain has a location rated 1.3 based on 977 ratings — while another location of the same brand has a rating of 4.32GIS data, Astana and Almaty
Our answer: none yet — we won't lie about it. The per-branch summary is marked below as “coming soon”.
Ninety seconds: the client sees the parcel's journey, you see revenue and how the point runs.
Core modules
A notification goes out at every stage — from dispatch at the warehouse in China to being ready for pickup — via Telegram or WhatsApp.
Weighed — the amount is calculated automatically by tariff and exchange rate, and the calculation lands in the client’s chat right away. Every parcel keeps the tariff and rate it was calculated with: a dispute like “the rate was different” is settled with a single glance.
The full parcel history, the amount due, and the pickup code — the customer checks it themselves, anytime.
The tracking code is read by a phone or tablet camera; a regular barcode scanner works too. The operator enters the customer code from the label — the parcel is linked.
The parcel is handed over only with the code — never to a stranger. And the log keeps a record of which employee received and issued it: a warehouse worker sees their own records, the owner sees everything.
It goes into a separate review queue: a photo of the label, how long it's been sitting, an overdue mark. The code is read from the photo and dropped into search — the operator only needs to link it to its owner.
Summary data by day, branch, and operator — how much was received, how much was issued, how much is in the register. Accepting payment with change calculation is available on request.
Your own couriers do the driving. The customer orders delivery in their account and drops a pin on the map; your courier sees their list of stops, marks statuses along the way and takes payment on handover — the customer's balance clears right there.
It answers the routine questions on its own — “where is my parcel”, “price per kilo”, “what are your hours” — in Telegram and WhatsApp, in Russian and Kyrgyz. It answers from your data: the status comes from the system, the price from your tariff. What it does not know it does not invent: it asks the customer to write “переведи на оператора” and goes quiet.
A batch has arrived, the warehouse has moved, a promotion — one message goes out to everyone or only to selected customers. Quiet hours and careful sending protect your number from being blocked.
Bonuses for regular customers based on order volume.
A survey after pickup and a per-branch summary: see where you're losing customers — before customers write about it publicly.
The customer sees everything themselves. And doesn't ask
Your data doesn't sit next to anyone else's — that's how it's built for everyone, from day one.
You export customers and parcels to Excel yourself, anytime. We'll hand over the rest on request.
Monthly payments — you can leave any day, taking all your data with you.
We calculate weight, tariff, and your cash register totals. Duties, declarations, and reporting remain yours — we don't touch those.
Every plan has the same features — only the volume and the number of pickup points differ. Prices in som.

2,290 som per month
An app for your own couriers: the order from the customer, the list of stops, payment on handover.
price on request
Answers “where is my parcel”, “price per kilo”, “what are your hours” in Telegram and WhatsApp. Anything harder goes to an operator.
1,990 som per month
The customer pays for the parcel at pickup from any bank's app, and the money goes to your account. The panel marks the payment itself — no checking transfers against screenshots.
Setup — 12,900 som once: we configure everything, move clients and parcels from your spreadsheets, run your first working day together and stay with you through the first week. Moving from your current program if it cannot export data — another 12,900 som. Pay for a year and there are no one-off fees. After that it is month to month; leave any day.
Invoices are paid by Visa, Mastercard or Elkart card, or by bank transfer. How a payment goes through and when money is returned — on the Payments and refunds page (in Russian).
First five cargo companies — no fee for setup or data transfer. Offer valid until 16 November 2026. The subscription for your tier is paid from the first month.
Message us“Working” usually means a manager spends the whole day answering the same “where's my parcel” calls — that's exactly the case for 20 out of 37 cargo companies in the Bishkek sample. That's a cost too, just one with no line in the report. Qarvan doesn't break what already works well — it adds to it.
From 7,900 som per month — the price depends on volume and the number of pickup points; the features are the same everywhere. The full price list is in the “What a Qarvan subscription costs” section. Billed monthly, no long contracts.
We're preparing the launch with our first client — a cargo company in Bishkek. Being among the first has its advantages: the whole team's attention with no queue, adjustments tailored to your processes, and starting terms later clients won't get.
We connect to what you already have: the bot stays, we import the spreadsheets, we migrate the data. Getting it out of the bot, website, or program you use is our job, not yours. Once we have the data in hand, connecting usually takes one working day.
The customer doesn't need to install anything — messages arrive in the same WhatsApp or Telegram they already use.
Yours. Messages come from your WhatsApp number or your Telegram bot, and you edit the texts yourself — your tone and your signature. At the very bottom of the customer account there's a small line, “Powered by Qarvan” — that's how other cargo companies find us.
We handle the setup, usually within one working day, without you needing to be involved in the configuration.
No. The tracking code is read by a phone or tablet camera; a regular barcode scanner works too. The operator enters the weight from your scale's display. Coming soon — Qarvan Scale: scales that send the weight to the panel themselves.
Yes. There can be as many points as you need: the register and pickup data are visible for each one separately and for all of them together.
For every parcel it's visible who received it, who issued it, and how much money was collected; the register is reconciled by day, branch, and operator.
It won't: every cargo company has its own separate system, and different companies' data isn't stored together. You export your own database — customers and parcels — to Excel yourself, whenever you want.
WhatsApp blocks numbers for mass messaging — and with the number you lose years of correspondence with your customers. That's why the system sends messages the way a real person would: one at a time, with pauses of a few seconds. At the same time, the customer gets one message for all their parcels, not one per parcel — a hundred recipients will get theirs in about twenty minutes. But the number your customers know stays alive. Telegram has no such restrictions: there, messages go out instantly.
Coming soon. The panel will be able to work without a server connection for a while: whatever was done during that time is sent once the connection is back. We're not promising full offline mode — this is a buffer for outages, not round-the-clock work without a network.
Monthly payment with no contract and a full database export anytime — there's no dependency on us.
